The addition of soaring guitar rhythms from Keith Maples and slide guitar textures by Thomas VanDeven amplify the intensity, while Mariano Power's saxophone injects a punch of grit and color. Mariano Vega's drumming keeps the arrangement sharp and steady, anchoring the song in a tight groove. Brooks himself takes on bass and vocals, delivering a performance that is both commanding and direct.

The recording was mixed and mastered by Ukrainian engineer Andrey Paschenko, tying together contributions from musicians across three continents.
