NEW HAVEN, CT - Vox Church announces the return of the Illume Women's Conference, a day-long gathering designed to bring women together for spiritual growth, community building, and transformational teaching. The conference will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the historic College Street Music Hall in downtown New Haven.
This year's theme, "With Everything," explores how a consecrated heart leads to a full life, drawing from Philippians 3:8-11. The conference promises to be a day of encounter and transformation for every woman who attends, featuring relevant teaching, times of connection and community building, and opportunities to pursue God's presence together.
"This day is about community and relationship, gathering and learning," said Pastor Chrisy Kendrick, Women's Pastor at Vox Church and conference organizer. "It is most importantly about pursuing God's presence, receiving his word, and growing together to become more like Christ. Whether you're leading worship, teaching the Bible, or developing leaders, our passion is to see the local church become a place where deep bonds of relationship form and the love of Christ transforms the hearts of people."
Featured Speakers
The 2025 Illume Conference will feature three dynamic speakers who bring diverse ministry experiences and a shared passion for helping women encounter Jesus:
Pastor Chrisy Kendrick co-founded Vox Church with her husband Justin and a small group of friends in 2011. She currently serves as the Women's Pastor at Vox, overseeing the Illume Conference along with other women's events throughout the year. Her passion is to see the local church become a place where deep bonds of relationship form and the love of Christ transforms hearts.

After spending her young adult years as a worship leader and songwriter, touring with Hillsong Church and Hillsong United, Jill moved to the U.S. and planted roots in her hometown. She is passionate about healthy family, life, and ministry, bringing a deep love of worship music and the Word to her teaching.
Pastor Raissa Kubandi serves as Student and Young Adult Pastor at Denver United Church, bringing over a decade of ministry experience.
