Leizerman Recognized for record of civil jury trials and leadership in trucking litigation

TOLEDO, OH / ACCESS Newswire / November 13, 2025 / Michael Leizerman, founder of The Law Firm for Truck Safety, has been accepted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

ABOTA is an invitation-only national association of trial lawyers and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the Seventh Amendment right to civil jury trials. Members must have tried a minimum of 10 civil jury trials to verdict. More than 7,300 attorneys and judges are members in chapters across all 50 states, with membership balanced between the plaintiff and defense bars.

He holds bar admissions in the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple states, and he earned a Class A commercial driver's license to deepen his knowledge of trucking operations. He lectures frequently on trucking law and trial practice for bar and continuing legal education (CLE) programs nationwide.
