Veteran Main Line Real Estate Leaders Brett Furman, Scott Furman, and William Holder Announce Unified Transition to Real of Pennsylvania, Headquarters in St. Davids, New Exton Office, and Multi-State Expansion Effective January 1, 2026
Brett Furman, Scott Furman, and William Holder, three highly respected real estate leaders with nearly 100 years of combined industry experience, announced today that they are formally joining forces at Real of Pennsylvania. Brett Furman brings 38 years of real estate experience, Scott Furman brings 47 years, and William Holder contributes 13 years of leadership, production, and agent development expertise.
William Holder, who was previously a full partner at RE/MAX, transitioned to Real several months ago after extensive evaluation of the brokerage’s long-term vision and growth trajectory. With the Furmans’ transition effective January 1, 2026, the trio is now fully aligned under Real of Pennsylvania.
The firm will maintain its corporate headquarters at 528 E. Lancaster Avenue in St. Davids, Pennsylvania, while also joining new partners in the opening of an office in Exton. Additional offices across Pennsylvania are planned as part of a broader growth strategy, along with expansion into multiple additional states.
