SocialPost.ai Deploys AI Agents Working Together to Run Company Operations
Startup becomes AI-native using autonomous AI agents to run operations 24/7.
MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / March 18, 2026 / SocialPost.ai, the AI platform helping small businesses automate social media marketing, today announced the deployment of a coordinated network of eight AI agents designed to help operate and optimize core functions of the company.
The system, built using OpenClaw and Claude CoWork, enables AI agents to collaborate with each other while interacting directly with employees and customers across the company's technology stack, including Gmail, Discord, WhatsApp, HubSpot, Stripe, Jira, and Figma.
The agents assist with tasks ranging from customer support and analytics to product development workflows and marketing optimization.
Unlike traditional automation systems, SocialPost.ai's architecture uses multiple specialized agents, each responsible for different tasks and powered by different AI models depending on what works best for the job.
"We intentionally designed eight specialized agents rather than one massive system," said Gregory Scott Henson, founder and CEO of SocialPost.ai. "Each agent handles different types of tasks and can use different AI models depending on the context. That keeps the context windows smaller, speeds up performance, and significantly reduces costs and errors."
The agents are coordinated by a central orchestration layer, which manages how they collaborate and share information. Twice per day, the agents perform an internal synchronization process (similar to a team meeting) where they review what each agent has been working on and update shared memory with relevant information.
"Our AI agents essentially have two daily standups, one at 1:00 PM and another at 6:00 PM," Henson said. "They review what they've been doing, update shared context, and adjust priorities. It's remarkably similar to how human teams operate."
The system also interacts directly with customers through email conversations via Gmail, as well as through the company's Discord and WhatsApp community channels, allowing the agents to respond to questions, gather feedback, and surface insights for the product team.
Internally, employees can communicate with the system in the same way.
"Our internal teams can simply ping the system in Discord or WhatsApp," said Mohan Ramakrishnan, Product Manager at SocialPost.ai. "She takes our daily standup notes, creates Jira tickets automatically, and helps keep product development organized. It's quite remarkable."
The AI agents also monitor Stripe subscription data, analyze marketing performance in HubSpot, review customer feedback, and surface insights to guide product development and company strategy.
"This system continuously analyzes our operations-from customer support tickets to product usage data-and recommends improvements," Henson said. "It even performs competitive research and recommends product positioning strategies."
For Henson, the deployment has fundamentally changed how he thinks about scaling a startup.
"It's changed how I view everything business-wise, including timelines, team structure, prioritization, and even capital requirements," he said. "When AI can handle hundreds of small operational tasks across the company, it changes how fast you can move."
According to Venu Pai, CTO of SocialPost.ai, the key to making AI agents effective lies in how they are designed and orchestrated.
"The personality of the Claw matters far more than most people realize," Pai said. "The goal isn't to build bigger software systems. It's to handle hundreds of small tasks across the organization. I'd much rather have our Claw determine which automations should run and adjust them dynamically than manually configure dozens of rigid workflows."
SocialPost.ai recently raised $1 million in early-stage funding with support from Ember VC and Microsoft for Startups and is currently developing a specialized large language model for social media marketing.
The company says its AI agent architecture is part of a broader effort to become a fully AI-native organization, where artificial intelligence assists both customers and the internal teams building the platform.
